 Welcome to Sha Hotels. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our services. 

 1. Booking and Reservations  

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. 
• Guests must provide accurate personal details during the booking process. 
• A valid ID proof must be presented at the time of check-in. 
• Sha Hotels reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of false information or policy violations.

 2. Check-in and Check-out  

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM 
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM 
• Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to additional charges and availability.

 3. Payment Policy  

• Payments can be made via Cash, Card, UPI, or Online transfer. 
• A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. 
• Any additional services availed during your stay will be billed separately.

 4. Cancellation and Refunds  

• Free cancellation is available up to 12 Hours before check-in. 
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. 
• Refunds will be processed within 2 Days of cancellation approval.

 5. Guest Conduct  

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. 
• Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest. 
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited within hotel premises.

 6. Liability  

• Sha Hotels is not responsible for: 
• Loss of valuables not deposited in the hotel safe. 
• Personal injury, accidents, or theft outside our control. 
• Guests are advised to take care of their belongings at all times.

 7. Privacy Policy  

• We respect your privacy and handle all personal information according to our Privacy Policy. 
• We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

 8. Amendments 

 Sha Hotels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the changes.
